That is why we have taken important steps in recent months: the management team has been reorganised, the strategic focus on technology, efficiency and customer proximity has been sharpened, and the digital transformation has been vigorously pursued. These steps are not only intended to guide us through the current challenges, but also to make us stronger in the long term.

However, none of these developments would be possible without our dedicated employees. It is they who, day after day, lay the foundations for our shared success with their commitment and expertise – they are what make binder what it is today.
