The impact of SARS-CoV-2 is being felt around the world and the consequences of it for both the economy and the lives of everyone are serious.
Here in Germany, we have overcome the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic thanks to the consistent, systematic measures in place.
These measures have been slowly relaxed since the beginning of May (the gradual reopening of schools and nurseries, restaurants, hairdressers and retail shops).
The binder Group has not recorded a single loss in production or sales due to COVID-19 thanks to the company’s quickly implemented measures (pandemic plan, hand sanitiser stands, hygiene provisions, physical distancing rules, protective visors), swift action and good communication.
We have been able to make our contribution as a systematically important supplier for medical technology and we consider it our social duty to do so.
We are proud of what we can contribute.
The extent of the economic impact of the pandemic will only become clear to the world, Europe, Germany and binder over the next few months.
We hope to overcome the crisis through cautious and considered action.
